How Enquiries Work
This hotel website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare D1 to store approved website content and optional guest enquiries. The contact form opens WhatsApp with your message prefilled. If and only if you select the optional “save a copy” checkbox, your name, email (if provided), enquiry subject, guest count, travel dates and message are also saved in Forest Dew’s private D1 inbox for the hotel team to review. This website does not take payments. WhatsApp communication is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy terms; no WhatsApp messages are automatically imported into our database. A secure, HTTP-only admin session cookie is used only when authorized staff sign in to the admin panel. No advertising trackers are installed in the supplied website code. Cloudflare may process technical request logs to operate and protect the site. You may ask the hotel to access or delete a saved enquiry by contacting its reception. Site administrators should set and follow an appropriate data-retention policy for enquiries.
Rates, Currencies & Reservations
All room rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and safari packages in US Dollars (USD). Accommodation rates and safari costs are kept strictly separate. Optional international currency approximations shown on the website rely on indicative fixed exchange rates and are not live bank quotations. Submitting an enquiry via this website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation or require an online financial transaction. The hotel management will verify room availability, season policies, applicable taxes, and final prices with you directly.
